8mm Fosca Sling

Stitched sling. The seams of the sling, both on the edge and on the side, have been finished to prevent them from getting caught when carrying out manoeuvres during tethers, with carabiners, etc. The distinctive Fixe logo is sewn onto the side of the sling to avoid friction during manoeuvres, and the edges of the label have been rounded off.

The combination of materials used in the sling Fosca significantly improves its resistance and durability. The central part of the sling, in black, is made of HMPE (high modulus polyethylene), an extraordinarily light material with high tensile strength. Both sides of the sling have been reinforced with a polyamide outline, distinguished by its length indicator colour, and known for its high abrasion resistance. This careful choice of materials optimises the performance of the sling Fosca, making it extremely light and resistant to both traction and abrasion. In addition, polyamide is also used in the safety seams.

It has a resistance of 22 kN. It can withstand high impact loads and has exceptional resistance to abrasion, superior to that of a polyamide sling, guaranteeing reliability in every movement. Its versatility and flexible design make this an indispensable piece for setting up quickdraws or building rock bridges. It is the shortest sling in the whole family.
